BusEnable was created by CoDigital, a consultancy based in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand, with extensive experience enabling business and government to transform their service models with digital transformation.
Through this work, a consistent challenge emerged. Workflow platforms took years to effectively implement and required teams to rely heavily on manual coordination, spreadsheets and email inboxes. Efforts to introduce new systems or ways of working were often slow to implement, added complexity, or struggled to gain adoption across teams.
